Please join us for the 2025 CCCA Annual Meeting scheduled from March 26 to March 30, 2025 in St. Louis, Missouri. 

The Ritz-Carlton serves as our host hotel with luxurious accommodations provided at a favorably-negotiated rate. 

Make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as discounted rooms are limited. The nightly room rate is $252/night +16% tax (discounted from $680/night and valid 3 days before/after event.) Be sure to mention the Classic Car Club of America or code CLA. Valet and self-parking is $15/day (discounted from $29 and $37/day). No resort fee.

There will be no shortage of Classic Cars when visiting Stephen and Camilla Brauer’s vast collection as well as the Hyman Ltd. showroom. Our Grand Classic takes place at the iconic Hunter Farms and the traditional mix of Club business meetings and socializing with CCCAmembers from across the country will round out this great event. 

The deadline for registration is February 1, 2025 and because of event commitments, refunds after that date cannot be accommodated. If you are planning to enter a Classic Car for judging or display, complete the car registration form and return to the CCCA office. Please contact our office Tuesday through Thursday with any questions you may have about the event.

Registration Fee (non-refundable)

Registration fee per person, postmarked by February 1, 2025: $100

Late registration per person after Feb.1, 2023, but before Feb. 15: $150

All-inclusive Activity Fee Per Person package Wed.-Sat: $895


The per-person Activity Fee is all-inclusive and covers the following:

  • Souvenir program & Goody Bag.

  • Opening night Welcome Party at the Ritz-Carlton including passed hors d‘oeuvres, food stations including a seafood bar and

  • a variety of well-known tastes of St. Louis, while catching up with friends and new acquaintances.

  • Full buffet breakfast on Thursday. Dinner Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

  • Tours to the Gateway Arch & Museum, City Museum, & lunch Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

  • All business meetings and seminars.

  • Bus transportation Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

  • Tour of the world-renowned Brauer Collection including lunch in the Grand Salon surrounded by Pebble Beach-quality classics and extraordinary memorabilia.

  • Regional Awards, seated dinner at the Hyman Ltd. Collection with hosted bar, courtesy of Hyman Ltd.

  • Grand Classic Show at the Brauer Farm including morning refreshments, lunch and transportation to and from the hotel.

  • Final night Grand Classic Awards dinner at the Ritz-Carlton featuring beef and lobster.
